LEASE AMENDMENT
FOR CONSIDERATION MUTUALLY EXCHANGED between the following parties, [Name of Landlord], hereinafter "Landlord", and [Name of Tenant], hereinafter "Tenant", this lease amendment is made on this [Date of Amendment].
WHEREAS, the Landlord and the Tenant have previously entered into a lease agreement dated [Date of original lease]; and both parties desire to amend the lease, intending to be legally bound by the amendment, both Landlord and Tenant agree as follows: [Description of new terms].
In all other respects, said lease shall continue in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this lease amendment the day and year first above written.
